We make buying goods as convenient as possible as we deliver your order to your doorstep. Online orders can be shipped to anywhere in the Ireland. Delivery is free. The tyres can be delivered directly to your home address or to an alternative address but in this case, please specify the delivery address and notify the person authorised to receive the tyres on your behalf.
The normal delivery time for an existing order is up to 3-5 working days (please note that all delivery times are subject to stock availability). Statutory delivery time is 30 days. The above mentioned time of delivery is non-binding and can be extended in case of labor disputes, strikes and lockouts and unforeseen obstacles that are beyond the control of the seller, e.g. delivery delays of suppliers, transportation malfunctions, material or energy shortages, etc. Budgettyres.ie will endeavor to deliver the goods within the time agreed but in no circumstances will it be liable for any loss or damage of any kind whatsoever caused directly by any delay in the delivery of the goods. You will be notified by e-mail if we do not have your tyres in stock. If by reason of force majeure the completion of the delivery of the goods is in our opinion rendered impracticable our company shall be at liberty to terminate the order by sending an e-mail to our customer and refunding the money previously paid by the customer. When the goods are sent out, you will receive notification by an e-mail. The company also reserves the right to cancel any uncompleted order or to suspend the delivery. In this case the customer receives his or her previously payed money back.
Goods will be supplied based on any information provided by the customer. It is possible for you to change your delivery address once your order has been submitted online but up to the point when we send the package. However, such change can lengthen the delivery time. Unfortunately, once we send your order you will be unable to change delivery address.
On receipt of the tyres the customer is deemed to have examined the goods carefully and the signing of the delivery note is conclusive evidence that the customer has examined the tyres and that the goods are free of defects which should be apparent on inspection and the goods are those which the customer had ordered. Orders, depending on a number of tyres and their size, can be sent in a few packages delivered separately. Therefore, before signing the documents of delivery, we ask our customers to check if the number of tyres received is the same as the one printed on the shipping letter.
Budgettyres.ie undertakes to deliver the goods accordingly to what the customer has ordered. In case of receiving a different item than ordered, please contact our Customer Service Department via phone or e-mail.

We are not the manufacturer of the goods supplied by us. The manufacturer’s warranty lasts for 2 years and it begins on the day of arrival of the goods to the customer.
First of all, we ask you to check your order when it is delivered at your indicated address. You must check the delivery immediately for their quality and completeness and give notice to the Customer Service Department of Budgettyres.ie of any apparent physical or delivery damage in the goods or receiving incorrect item.
The selling party commisions the receive of items at purchasing party and also informs it about the standards. If the courier takes the items from the purchaser the courier should leave papers confirming the items reception and their values. If such papers are not handed to the purchaser, the purchaser is therefore obliged to demand from the courier once the items are returned. It is an evidence for the purchaser that he returned the items.
The warranty period is from the date of purchase if goods are replaced within the warranty period, the warranty will continue from the original date of purchase. The processing time of your complaint by the tyre manufacturer may last up to 3 months.
We need a filled in and signed complaint form sent to firstname.lastname@example.org in order to raise an official complaint. Be warned that any applications missing any file will not be taken into consideration.
After reciving signed complaint form, Budgettyres.ir organizes a collection of the faulty goods, which are sent straight to the manufacturere for a complaint examination.
When your complaint will be grounded, we will swap defective goods with new ones. If that is not possible (no stock availability), we will return the funds that the customer initially paid or will offer a different product which is currently available in stock.
If the complaint is not recognized the customer will cover all service costs resulting from the complaint (transport costs to and from, handling costs of the manufacturer or dealer). The customer also agrees to cover all the costs within 14 days from the date of issue of the manufacturer’sresponse. The lack of payment will lead to judicial proceedings against the customer.
You will be informed about the Complaint Result by our Customer Service Department via e-mail.
The buyer has right to resign the distance contract without giving any reason. It is optional to fill in the Cancellation Form and send it to us no later than 14 days after the delivery of the last item. If the 14th days falls on a bank holiday/Sunday, than the cool-off period is prolonged to the next available working day.
If you would like Budgettyres.ie to collect the goods from you, we will have to charge you 15EUR / tyre. The goods will be only accepted when non-used/non-fitted to your vechicle/ not damaged.
We will not accept the return under the 14-day return policy or if the products were fitted (wheels to the car or tyres, tyres to wheels).
In case of successful cancellation the mutually received benefits are reversed. However, in such event the customer shall be responsible for the costs of returning the goods. When Budgettyres.ie collects the goods, it retains the right to charge the customer for any direct costs associated with the return of the goods.

If you are experiencing problems, the Customer Service section will help you to find the answers you need. We will pick the tires up by shipment company. Please, use our transport packaging or very similiar ones. Protect the goods against damage. Tyres must be clean when prepared for posting and two tyres must be tied together. We reserve the right to assert claims for compensation if there are any damage due to improper handling or insufficient packaging in the process of the return. The transport companies will only accept items in sufficient packaging.
Although we usually refund money within one week from informing us about the problem.
Any defects in the Goods which under proper use appear within a reasonable period after delivery and which are due to faulty materials, workmanship or design will be made good by Budgettyres.ie either by repair or, at the sole discretion of Budgettyres.ie, by replacement or refund. Any claim for goods or the defective parts should be returned together with proof of purchase. Any claim for defective goods or parts must be made in writing (specifying the date of purchase and invoice number) within 14 days after delivery.
The rate of a phone call to our Customer Service department is determined in accordance with local rates.
